Defendant-Below/Appellant Stephanie Robertson appeals from her Superior Court convictions for Assault Second Degree, Possession of a Deadly Weapon During Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited. Robertson raises two claims on appeal. First, Robertson contends that the Superior Court erred by giving the jury an unwarranted flight instruction and that the instruction was a comment on the evidence in violation of Article IV, Section 19 of the Delaware Constitution.
