This matter is before the court on a ■petition for review filed by Seeley Tube and Box Company, a corporation-debtor, pursuant to ■ Section- 39>- sub/ c of ■ the *271Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 67, sub. c. The petition alleges generally that the Referee in Bankruptcy erred in denying the motion of the debtor to re-examine and bar a claim filed by the United States of America in proceedings under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq.
