Charles L. Lawson and Herbert M. Lawson instituted, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, a civil action against Woodmere, Incorporated, Ridgelawn Cemetery Association, Huntington Vault Company and Harry S. Shivel and' Robert M. Bagby, seeking damages and in-junctive relief under the Sherman AntiTrust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2, 15.
