Mrs. F. E. Minor recovered a judgment in the district court of Oklahoma county against Safeway Cab Service Company, and the company appeals.

The plaintiff’s cause of action is for damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of being struck by one of the defendant’s cabs. The plaintiff was her only witness as to the accident, and the cab driver was the defendant’s only witness thereto.
