MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.

Plaintiff Sibley has returned to this Court with yet another case challenging President Obama’s eligibility to hold office. The case was filed in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where Sibley sought to enjoin defendants from casting their votes as electors for President Obama. Although a hearing was held on the preliminary injunction motion by the Superior Court, the action was subsequently removed to this Court while the motion was taken under advisement.
