MEMORANDUM
HUYETT, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Leon Martin and Barry New-hart, proceeding pro se, filed a complaint on October 27, 1992 against Farmers First Bank, two bank employees, and two attorneys engaged by the bank, seeking compensatory, exemplary, and punitive damages *46against all Defendants in the amount of five million dollars.
