This writ of error brings up for review the judgment of the Appellate Court for the First District, reversing the decree of the circuit court of Cook county and remanding the case with directions. The suit in the circuit court was a bill filed by George W. Miltimore in October, 1886, against .Charles H. Ferry, the Chicag'o Tire and Spring Works, the Miltimore Elastic Steel Car-Wheel Company, the Union National Bank and William C. D.
