MINER, Circuit Judge:

Claimants-appellants Boris Gordin, Anchor Enterprises, Inc., Saturn Systems Overseas, and Audrey Kornev appeal from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Disti’ict of Connecticut (Dorsey, Chief Judge) after the district court granted the government’s motion for summary judgment. The district court determined that there was probable cause to believe that claimant Boris Gordin had attempted to fail to file an International Transportation of Currency or Monetary Instrument Report when transporting $500,000 out of the United States.
