Plaintiff Regina Provenzano seeks reversal of the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant LCI Holdings, Inc. Provenzano contends LCI discriminated against her based on her age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and the Michigan Elliots Larsen Civil Rights Act (“ELCRA”), Mich. Comp. Laws § 37.2101 et seq. Although the district court misapplied the prima facie analysis for a failure to promote discrimination claim, the district court’s grant of summary judgment is AFFIRMED…
