Plaintiff Sister Philomena Malveaux (“Sister Philomena”) has filed this breach of contract action against Defendant Christian Brothers Services (“Christian Brothers”) seeking payment of benefits under an insurance contract to cover damages sustained by Sister Philomena when she was struck by an uninsured motorist in the District of Columbia.
