Defendant Jeffrey Wayne Tarris appeals from judgment entered following jury convictions for unlawful disposal of hazardous waste (§ 25189.5, subd. (b); 1 count 1), unlawful transport of hazardous waste (§25189.5, subd. (c); count 2), and littering in commercial quantities, a misdemeanor (Pen. Code, § 374.3, subd. (h)(1); count 3).
The trial court suspended defendant’s sentence and placed him on 36 months’ probation, conditional upon defendant serving 90 days in county jail. Defendant was also assessed court security fees, $3,560 under Penal Code section 374.3 in fines and…
