Defendant conditionally pled guilty to manufacturing marijuana, MCL 333.7401(2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(c), and was fined $1,000. Defendant appeals as of right, and we affirm.
Defendant’s guilty plea was conditioned upon this Court’s review of the trial court’s decision on a motion to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to a search warrant.
