Logan W. Carey, receiver of the properties of the Consolidated Gas Company, hereinafter referred to as company, appeals from an order of the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma, in causes Nos. 10950 and 10970, consolidated for trial and appeal, reducing the gate rate charge for natural gas to the towns of Mangum and Granite. Each of these towns operates its own gas distributing system, and buys its gas from the company at its city limits.
