Mrs. Maggie Anderson, survivor in community of the estate of D. L. Anderson, and Ella May Anderson, only surviving child and .heir, and Joe Kerr brought this suit in the district court of Terrell county, Tex., for three purposes: (1) Temporary injunction 'restraining the constable from levying execution upon the goods, lands, etc., of defendants issued out of the county court of Maverick county; (2) to declare said judgment void; and (3) to permanently enjoin issuance 'Of further executions by the clerk of said county court of Maverick county by virtue of said judgment.
