Appellants, the Chevrolet Motor Company of Texas, a dissolved corporation, the Chevrolet Motor Company of Texas, an existing corporation, W. S. Ballinger, A. B. C. Hardy, John H. Stearn, nonresidents of the state of Texas and officers and trustees of the said dissolved corporation, appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee, Morris Auto Company, a partnership consisting of C. C. Morris, B. B. Phillips, and J. W. Phillips, and formerly of S. J. Ward, deceased, and for the benefit of whose estate the surviving partners maintain this suit.
