Jorge Angel Puc-Ruiz, a native and citizen of Mexico, petitions for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) decision dismissing his appeal from an Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) order removing him from the United States to Mexico. PucRuiz argues that the evidence of his alien-age and lack of lawful status in the United States should have been suppressed because it was obtained in violation of his rights under the Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, and agency regulations.
