KENNEDY, Judge.
This is an appeal from the order of the Circuit Court of Jackson County dismissing, because filed out of time, a petition for judicial review of an order of the Board of Trustees of the Fire Fighters Pension Sys*79tem. The challenged order of said Board of Trustees had denied appellant’s application for duty disability retirement.
The order in question was made July 23, 1980. The petition for judicial review was filed November 25, 1980.
