This matter is before the court on Third-Party Defendants Travelers Indemnity Company and Phoenix Insurance Company’s motion for judgment on the pleadings [DE-73]. Phoenix and Travelers (collectively “Travelers”) move for judgment on the pleadings as to all third-party claims asserted by Southern Lithop-late, Spectratech, and Sam T. Adams (collectively “Southern Lithoplate”). The remaining parties in this litigation have reached a settlement as to all remaining claims. Stipulation of Dismissal [DE-101].
