POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

Charles Findeisen filed suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against his former employer, the North East Independent School District (NEISD), alleging a constructive discharge from his position as a tenured school teacher. Claiming a denial of due process, Fin-deisen contends that he was entitled to a pretermination administrative hearing and an opportunity to challenge and answer any charges made against him.
