James P. Monks, the administrator, has petitioned the court for an order to determine the validity and enforceability of the claim filed against the estate by Eleanor Ciotti Grillo (claimant). The administrator has moved for a summary dismissal of the claim. The claimant has responded and made her own motion to grant summary judgment to her.
