This is an information in the nature of quo zvarranto, prosecuted in the name of the People by the Attorney General, upon the relation of Louis EitzHenry, city attorney of the city of Bloomington. The petition for leave to file the information states that the Attorney General is informed the Union Gas and Electric Company claims a right of use in and to the streets of the city of Bloomington by virtue of some alleged arrangement between it and the Citizens’ Gas Light and Heating Company, a corporation which formerly did business in the city of Bloomington; also by reason of some arrangement…
