This is an appeal from a judgment entered on March 22, 1996, in favor of appellee, William Thomas. Appellant, E.B. Jermyn Lodge No. 2, raises the following issues for-our review:
I.Is the jury verdict contrary to law in that [appellee] failed to present sufficient evidence to support a prima facie case of promissory estoppel, specifically, [appellant’s] “promise” of legal fee assistance that [appellee] seeks to enforce was: (1) in blatant derogation of the specific requirements of [appellant’s] By-Laws; (2) based on [appellee’s] own actions, omissions and/or misrepresentations;…
