This appeal follows the circuit court's grant of motions for directed verdict in favor of all defendants, after the presentation of plaintiff's evidence. We affirm.

R.H. Moore, Sr., doing business as Moore's Asphalt Paving Company (Moore), commenced this action on October 13, 1978, against Johnny O'Grady (O'Grady) and Tommy Baker (Baker) based on road work done for them relating to the development of a subdivision.
