Plaintiffs, husband and wife, sought to recover damages from defendants for injuries suffered by plaintiff Elizabeth A. Block (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff) resulting from her falling down a stairway in an office building owned by defendants A. C. Snyder, Henry A. Wuest, and Harry W. Snyder, individually and as a copartnership doing business as the Broadway Building Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
