This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Pike county quieting title to certain land in appellee, complainant in that court.
The land in question is an 80-acre tract described as the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 14, township 4, north, range 5, west of the fourth principal meridian, in Pike county, and was entered by Peter C.
