pThe defendant, Annternette Denise Lattin, was charged by bill of information with home invasion, in violation of La. R.S. 14:62.8. Following a jury trial, she was found guilty of the responsive verdict of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, a violation of La. R.S. 14:62.3. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve one year in prison at hard labor. The sentence was suspended, and she was placed on supervised probation for a period of one year.
