Carl Bradley Moore raises three issues challenging his convictions and sentences imposed after he entered open pleas to the bench to charges of false imprisonment of a child under age thirteen,1 lewd or lascivious molestation,2 and battery.3 First, Moore argues that his convictions for both false imprisonment and molestation violate double jeopardy under the facts of this case.
