A brief recital of the facts which resulted in the present claim seéms proper. E. R. Blair, the employe, suffered a cerebral hemorrhage which caused partial paralysis. He made an application to the industrial commission for compensation under the workmen’s compensation law. His application was'denied by the referee on the ground that the injury did not arise out of and in the course of Ms employment.
