’Plaintiff leased a plantation to the Uncle Sam Planting Company for the years 1929 to 1923, both inclusive, at a yearly rental of $2,041.95. Thereafter the planting company went into the hands of a receiver. The receiver sought and obtained authority to operate the plantation for the year 1920, did operate it, and has paid the rent for that year. At the end of that year he surrendered the plantation, whereupon plaintiff leased it as well as she could for the three remaining years, and now seeks to recover as a claim due by the receiver the difference between the amount so received by her and…
