This matter comes before the Court on a motion to dismiss filed by Defendant Officer Marc A. Ramirez, ECF No, 15, and a motion to dismiss filed by Defendant Special Officer Quesenberry, ECF No. 18. In his Second Amended, Complaint,1 Plaintiff Andre L. Wiggins alleges that Defendants2 violated his constitutional rights when Defendant Ramirez used excessive force in searching his person. 2d Am.
