LINDLEY, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of its order finding that respondent had violated Section 8(b) (2) and (1) (A) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(b) (2), (1) (A), by causing the discharge of Leona Boness, and ordering respondent to cease and desist from causing or attempting to cause the Company 1 to discriminate against its employees and from restraining its employees in the exercise of their rights guaranteed by the Act and to grant Boness certain mandatory relief.
