Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Richards, J.), rendered July 27, 2009, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and driving while intoxicated.

In full satisfaction of a three-count indictment and a superior court information, defendant pleaded guilty to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and driving while intoxicated and waived his right to appeal as to both convictions.
