The plaintiff in error, Anee Rogers, was tried and convicted at the June, 1911, term of the district court of Love county on a charge of murder, and his punishment fixed-by-the court at imprisonment for life in the state penitentiary.
A complete synopsis of the testimony was prepared and submitted by the Assistant Attorney General in his brief on behalf of the state, which brief was filed several months .before any brief was filed on behalf of the accused, and no objections to its accuracy or fairness have been made or suggested by counsel for the accused.
