{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Robert and Janet Creech, appeal the decision of the Preble County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment to defendants-appellees, Brock & Associates Construction, Inc. and John Clark, on *714appellants’ action for damages and injunctive relief associated with surface-water flooding on their property.
