This action is maintained under the Copyrights Act, 17 U.S.C. Sections 101-810, and principles of common law. Plaintiff is Rosella H. Werlin (“Werlin”). The sole remaining defendant is The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. (“RDA”). Werlin seeks a judgment against defendant whereby she would be afforded certain monetary and injunctive relief.
