[¶ 1] Santina Caruso appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Hancock County, Cuddy, J.) after a jury found for The Jackson Laboratory on her claims that the Laboratory had terminated her employment in violation of the Whis-tleblowers’ Protection Act (WPA). See 26 M.R.S. §§ 831, 833(1)(A) (2013).
