I adhere to the view that "the Florida Constitution gives this Court no authority to issue" the advisory opinions regarding pending litigation contemplated by rule 10-9.1. Fla. Bar re Advisory Op.-Scharrer v. Fundamental Admin. Servs. , 176 So.3d 1273 , 1279 (Fla. 2015) (Canady, J., dissenting). I therefore would dismiss this proceeding.
