1 1 Trial court plaintiff, Ron Crain, (Crain) appeals the trial court's order sustaining the defendants', National American Insurance Company and Chandler (USA) Inc., (collectively as NAICO) motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted. 1 This Court finds that Crain's amended petition describes conduct by NAI-CO which was contrary to a defined, established, and clear and compelling public policy.
