This was an action brought to recover damages for personal injuries received by appellant while in the employ of appellee, and alleged to have been caused by appellee’s negligence. The sole error assigned is in overruling appellant’s demurrer to the second paragraph of appellee’s answer.

This answer averred in substance the organization of a voluntary relief association by defendant and associated companies for the benefit of its employes, that the printed *213book of regulations for the government and control of the relief department was promulgated and circulated among the employes of defendant,…
