Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County *1075(Joseph S. Forma, J.), rendered May 7, 2002. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the second degree and criminal trespass in the third degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
