This suit was brought in the state court by complainant Bonner on behalf of himself and for the benefit of numerous other persons upon a protest made by complainants to an application made by defendants for a patent to the Raid Queen mining location at De Lamar, Lincoln county, Rev., and upon the petition of one of the defendants was removed to this court upon the ground of prejudice and local influence.
