CIRILLO, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County denying Roger Jacob’s post-trial exceptions. We affirm.

This matter involves the finances of an elderly woman, Rose K. Lakatosh (Rose), and the scurrilous motives and actions of a man, Roger Jacobs (Roger), who sought to take advantage of the confidential relationship he developed with Rose so as to siphon money from her for his own benefit.
