Affirming.

From a judgment in favor of W. M. Calvert against the appellant J. H. Harlin in the sum of $1,000 with 6 per cent, interest thereon from June 22, 1931, until paid, and sustaining the grounds of attachment against him and setting aside a conveyance from him to his wife and coappellant, Sadie F. Harlin, as being fraudulent and voluntary, and directing the property to be sold to satisfy Calvert’s claim, this appeal is prosecuted.
