Ratna Bagwe, who was born in India and is of Indian descent, brought this action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. (“Sedgwick”) and her former supervisors, Tammy LeClaire 1 and Angela Pa-paioannou.
