In an action by the plaintiff in error against the defendant in error for commissions alleged to be due him on two accounts which he contended were produced as a result of his efforts, the court directed a verdict against the plaintiff on the major account, on which he sought to recover a commission of 25 per cent., and for the plaintiff on the relatively small account, on which a commission of 15 per cent, was sought.
