This is the second appeal in this workers’ compensation case. In a prior opinion, we reversed the order of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission (the Commission) awarding additional medical benefits to appellant Walter Kent. The Commission awarded benefits because appellant obtained treatment for his left shoulder within one year of an order of dismissal for failure to prosecute, but it faded to make any finding regarding when appellant received the last payment of compensation prior to the dismissal order.
