RONALD L. WALKER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment. The sole point of error, which the appellants divide into five sub-points, contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment.

In 1993, Richard Bailey and Linda Bailey filed a suit for an injunction, alleging Gulf States Utilities threatend to disconnect their electricity for non-payment of a disputed bill.
