*455This appeal arises from an insurance dispute after a warehouse fire. The issue in this case concerns the admissibility of an inventory spreadsheet of the warehouse contents that the jury was allowed to consider before awarding plaintiffs $832,000 in damages. The trial court admitted the spreadsheet over defendant's hearsay objections, ruling that the spreadsheet, which had been prepared by plaintiffs' adjusters, satisfied the business-record exception to the hearsay rule under OEC 803(6).
