This appeal was brought by the plaintiffs pursuant to § 4-183 of the General Statutes, the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act, and § 1-2 li (d) of the General Statutes. The plaintiffs, the town of Glastonbury, the fire commission of the town of Glastonbury and the chairman of the fire commission of the town of Glastonbury, all public agencies within the meaning of § l-18a (a) of the General Statutes, seek judicial review by this court of a decision of the freedom of information commission (FOIC).
