This is the second appeal in this case. The opinion on the former appeal is found reported in 146 Ark. 1. On the former appeal it was decided that the Arkansas Light Power Company, hereinafter referred to as the company, had contracted with the city of Paragould, hereinafter referred to as the city, to furnish electrical power to do the pumping for the city's waterworks plant for a period of ten years, and that the company had breached its contract and was liable to the city for the damages resulting from this breach.
